New to the Windmills family are these spacious and modern deluxe apartments situated just 60 meters from the beach of Platys Yialos. Here we offer a selection of comfortable and tastefully furnished units, all with large verandas overlooking the sea. There are outdoor tables and chairs where you can sit and have lunch or dinner with a sea view. They consist of one bedroom and a large sitting room with a full kitchen and a bathroom. The units are cleaned every second day and, every three days, there is a change of linen. Included in the price are electricity and water costs, as well all taxes. From Platys Yialos, there are local buses that go back and forth to town often, and the bus ride only takes 10 minutes. Buses usually run 24 hours a day, and the ticket costs 1.20 euro during day time and, after midnight, the price is 1.50 euro. All in all, this is a great combination of excellent location, outstanding view, and very good price (especially in low season)!
Many of the other deluxe complexes that we offer have lovely common areas, with lush green gardens and lots of flowers, and some have a secluded private swimming pool with a small pool/snack bar. Most have been renovated recently and are ideal for those who seek relaxation in a private atmosphere, yet wish to be very close to the action and fun of Mykonos Town, via frequent public bus.
This category includes apartments and "villas" (detached or semi-detached houses), scattered over the island. They are usually large and can include up to 4 bedrooms in some cases; they also have a fully equipped kitchen. Some of them include a pool, and almost all have balconies or verandas with nice views. In most cases, daily maid service is provided, with change of linens every three days (cooking, babysitting, and other similar services are also available on request at the time of booking). A few of the accommodation provide cleaning every second day.
Most of the units have one bedroom and a separate sitting area which accommodates up to 4 people. They are all light, bright and airy, have separate kitchen area with fully equipped proper electric stove, fridge, and kettle. Most of our villas/apartments are air-conditioned and have color satellite TV.

| The houses are situated just 60 meters from the beach of Platys Yialos. Platys Yialos is a well known beach on the south of the island. This is where they leave all the small boats to go to the other southern beaches, Paranga, Paradise, Super Paradise, Agrari and Elia. There are plenty of Restaurants and bars as well as some little grocery stores where the visitor can do some shopping. It is an organized sandy beach with umbrellas and chairs. |

BreakfastAs they are self-catering units, they do not offer breakfast. You can find little bars that do offer breakfast "a la carte" nearby, or you can make your own breakfast at your own pace and when you need it.
